At Fraudonnay, we utilize the latest in technology to gently remove the alcohol from high-quality wine. Delicate aromas and flavors are condensed and held separately while the alcohol is removed through the use of very low temperature vacuum distillation and spinnning cone technology. This is the process that allows the wine to retain its flavor, aroma and body to produce a wine where indulgence and wellness coexist.
